Sarkasi Said Born 1940 in Singapore, Sarkasi has held numerous art exhibitions locally and overseas including Brunei, France, Japan, New Zealand, Thailand and US. He was given the Gold Medal APAD, won the 1st Prize (Abstract) in the 8th UOB Painting of the Year Competition (1989) and High Commendation in the 9th UOB (1990) and IBM Art Award (1990). |
