Lim Poh Teck

Lim Poh Teck ÁÖ±£µÂ a lecturer at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, holds a Master in Arts from the University of New South Wales, College of Fine Arts, Australia. He graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1987 and LaSalle-SIA College of the Arts in 1989. He has represented Singapore in international symposiums including the New Generation Contemporary Singapore Art Exhibition and Symposium, Japan (1990) and the Artist-in-Residence in the National Gallery of Victoria, Australia (2000). He has held four solo exhibitions and participated in various group exhibitions in Singapore and overseas. He was awarded the Australian Art Award Scholarship (1986), Grand Prize in the 9th UOB Painting of the Year Competition (1990) and "The Young Artist Award" from the National Arts Council of Singapore (1997) for his outstanding achievement in the Arts.
