Leo Hee Tong

Leo Hee Tong 梁其栋 graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and continued his art education at the Ashiya Art College, Japan in 1973. He held a solo exhibition in Suma, Japan in 1973. Since 1968, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions in countries such as Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Monaco, New York, New Zealand, Paris, Southeast Asia and Taiwan. He won many awards such as the Special Award and Overseas Educational Tour Winner Award in the National Day Art Exhibition organised by the Ministry of Culture (in 1975 and 1983), four awards in the Dr Tan Tsze Chor Art Award as well as nine Distinction Awards in UOB Painting of the Year Exhibition. His works are held in private and public collections.
