Chalsia Chan Choy Har

Chalsia Chan Choy Har 陈彩霞 an art teacher and a graduate in BA Fine Arts from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, perceives the selection, placement and arrangement of objects as representational of one's character and values in life. Thus, her painting is narrative, sensuous and expressive. She has exhibited her artworks locally and overseas since 1986 and in 1993, held a solo exhibition in Aberdeen Arts Centre, Scotland, United Kingdom. One of the ten winners of the Commonwealth Foundation Fellowships in Arts and Crafts in the Commonwealth countries, Choy Har was also awarded the "Best Young Artist" by Singapore Telecommunications Pte Ltd in 1995 and Dr Tan Tsze Chor Excellence Award in 1997.
